Here is our new New Year's Eve tradition: Jiao Zi (or Chinese dumplings)! Ronnie went to Montreal, Canada, Chinese speaking on his mission and became a master of the art of dumplings while he was there! We made the skins (the outside) and the filling (pork and various seasonings n stuff) from scratch! We had so much fun and were so glad that we had a REAL Asian, our very own Ahyoung, with us to make them! Even though she's from Korea, they have very similar dumplings there, so she was able to teach us a lot!
