Hey Everyone! Can you help me out???

Hey everyone out there! Every year Paul Mitchell and Paul Mitchell partner schools hold an educational event called Caper. It's a 3 day hands on event with future professionals from across the nation. This year it will be held in Las Vegas, Neveda at the Mandalay Bay. There will be many exciting opportunities, including class with the founders of the school! In order for me to go, all expenses paid, I have to sell 36 bag deals at $30.00 each. The following are available:

Color Care, Extra Body, Moisture, Smoothing, and Tea Tree (Aroma Therapy)

If you are interested, please leave a comment and I will get back to you! Thanks!

Made with Love: A farewell to Sister Judd!

Kami wrapped up in her quilt :)
Sam, Amanda, Kami, Makaela, Brooke, and Kari with the finished product!
BFFs!
See the uneven edges?
I am getting SO old! It is So weird! Not only am I married, as are many of my other friends, but I now have a girlfriend on a mission! 21! How did it get here so fast? Anyhow, I got together with my circle of best girlfriends from high school to have a little bon voyage for our friend Kami, who is now serving a mission in Brazil. She had mentioned to me a while ago that she would like to make a friendship quilt that she could take with her on her mission, so we secretly organized a party where we could do just that! We each found six squares of fabric that represented us in some special way to Kami and put them all together, surrounded by some fabric that she chose that night.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get all of the squares sewn together before the party, so the bottom picture is of Kari saving the day with her knee sewing...I totally owe you Kari! It was pretty uneven and scatterbrained, so it became the joke of the night that is was made with love and it didn't matter how it looked...because it was lookin pretty scrappy for a while... Anyhow, we ate taco soup, had some sparkling cider and reminisced and sewed the night away! Around 12:30 we finally got it done and parted ways! I am so grateful for wonderful friends that I can always count on. I love all my girls :D

My Craftiness

I always think that it's really neat when people share their craftiness on their blogs, so I decided to share a little of my own! The first picture is of my from scratch cupcakes (no...not chicken scratch...)! They were really easy and super tasty-I already had all of the ingredients in my house! If you want the recipe just leave a comment! The next is of my coat hanger! I was so proud of this when I finished it! Just a piece of scrap wood that I painted and stamped, then screwed the hooks in with minimal help from my hottie handyman Ronnie! It really cozi-fied our home! Yay for crafts :D

Happy Halloween!

Here's Ronnie as a geek and me in my second costume of the day as a pirate! Arrrrrrr!
Here I am as a fairy princess with my parents. I did my Mom's hair and makeup...she was super creepy....
Here's the Paul Mitchell family! Everyone in the entire school dressed up...it was great :)
Here's my little geek boy Ronnie! Isn't he cute??? I submit that he is.

Happy Halloween everybody! We had a great, relaxing Halloween as geek, pirate, and fairy princess! Hope that everyone had a great Halloween!

Thriller Theme Day

Every month at school we have a themed day where we all dress up to match the theme. For the month of October we had a "Thriller" themed day, as in Michael Jackson's Thriller! It was totally rad! Since I'm on Student Council, I dressed up as a zombie and learned the actual dance, which we performed for the school! It was pretty sweet! Maybe if you ask real nice, I'll show you my moves...maybe...

PS Michael Jackson is actually played by a white girl...hmmm...(the PM version)

Annual Pumpkin Carving

Well...I skipped my first day of school on October 25th so that we could go to my Dad's family's annual pumpkin carving. Every year the Rimmasch's get together at my Uncle Andy's house in Fayette (close to Gunnison, if you even know where that is...) and carve and have dinner. It was a nice little break from real life that we really needed :)
On the way there we stopped by the Cheese Factory in Beaver and got some squeaky cheese! Yummy yummy :) It was a lot o fun!

This is ridiculous!!!

The one night Ronnie and I actually get to be by 10, so we can go to the gym at 6:30, I wake up at 12:30 WIDE awake! Poopy :( Since I can't sleep, I figure, "Why fight it?", so I'm here to update you on our lives! Aren't you lucky???
We have been super busy and I've taken a ton of pictures with this little blog in mind, but we haven't had the time to post any. We've been working like mad people here at the complex because our owners and boss are coming down this week and we want everything to be perfect! Needless to say, it's been a lot of work and stress and hair pulling, wanting to poke my eyes out :( but hey, This too shall pass (thanks for the advice Grandpa)!
As for school, I'm on the floor full time and Ronnie is going bonkers with his boring classes at DSC. I'm excited to report that I have a regular costumer at the school named Berdene who comes in once a week for a shampoo set! YES! She is the funniest, spunkiest old lady I have ever met and I look forward to her appointment every week!
We are wonderfully blessed and life is wonderful!!! We live every day to the fullest and work and play hard! We are so grateful for the Gospel in our lives and our Savior Jesus Christ. That's what really gets us through the tough times! May the Lord bless you! Love ya!

PS Just wait til you see my new hair color...tee hee...
