Sand Hallow
A few months ago (April, or May) we decided to head to Sand Hallow Reservoir for a day of fun in the sand! We packed a lunch and a treats, and brought our sand castle kit and had a blast! The girls loved making an epic sand castle with Ronnie and digging in the sand. The water was pretty chilly and it started to get windy, so we only last a couple hours, but the girls still haven't stopped talking about it! Maybe when the swimmer's itch goes away, we'll make our way back :)

Chloe's Preschool Graduation
Saying her part
Showing off her diploma (don't mind the cookie in her teeth!)!
Chloe and Miss Robyn
I can't believe my little cutie is 4 years old and has already finished her first year of preschool! She loved every minute (besides waking up in the morning), playing with friends, learning and being with her teacher. Chloe is naturally very curious and is a fast learner, and I'm so proud of all the things she learned this year and all of the questions she learned to ask. Her best friend this year was Parlee Stout and she loved going to the fire department and the end of year splash pad party, for passing off all of her trains! She did a great job at her graduation and sang all of the songs! She picked out her own outfit for graduation and absolutely HAD to wear her favorite maxi skirt.
Road Trippin'
Headed out with all of our electronics!
Saying goodbye to Brooke and Zane
Having fun at the hotel
The girls and me, 27 weeks pregnant
In Ipad Heaven at the Apple Store
The skybridge at City Creek Mall
Grandma Millie with some of her great grandchildren
In April, Ronnie's Grandma LaPril (Larry's mother) passed away at the age of 92. It was bitter sweet, because she would be missed, but her health and memory were so poor, that it was a relief to know she was moving on. Ronnie's cousins Vince and Stephanie transported her body from Oregon to be buried in the Salt Lake area with other family members. We were able to go up and be with family and celebrate her life. While we were up there, we were able to make a few stops to see other family and friends and take the girls to some fun places. We met up with one of my best friend's Brooke and her husband Zane to say goodbye, as they were on their way to Maine for school! We stayed in a hotel for the first time as a family and enjoyed the pool and cable tv, the girls were in Heaven and we even had a visit from another high school friend, Tabie. We took the girls to City Creek Mall in SLC where they had fun at the Apple and Disney store and loved the water fountain. Then we headed to Grandma Millie's house to celebrate her 82nd birthday! It was super fun being there and having fun with all the other great grandkids! The only downside to our trip, was that the girls got sick with the barfies :( The nights were really hard in the hotel and one night, Chloe woke up crying over and over, until finally she yelled she had to barf and sent us scrambling for the ice bucket! Luckily we caught most of it!

Easter 2014
At Grandpa and Grandma LeBaron's house
We had a wonderful Easter this year, spent with both sides of the family! I made the girls' dresses again this year and was really happy with how they turned out! I took a REALLY simple pattern (or else it wouldn't have happened) and pleasantly surprised myself by taking my time making it. I usually rush and stress myself out in a day long process, making the house a mess and everyone miserable, but this year I made them gradually. I cut out the pieces one day, sewed the tops together another, etc. Another thing I made sure to do this year, was to make sure they were nice and loose, because last year I never heard the end of the pinchy elastic! Saturday we had a hunt and dinner at the LeBaron's house and then Sunday we had dinner with the Mangum's at Mike and Jesica's house, followed by a another hunt! The girls loved it, Chloe was totally in to the hunt and Avery stopped after picking up every egg to find out what was in it and eat it!
