Princess Chloe
In April Chloe went to one of her friend Maddy's princess birthday party. We had lots of fun getting her all dressed up and she loved meeting Cinderella!

Papa and his girls
We had a fabulous, fun filled Easter Sunday with our wonderful families. I'm so grateful to our Savior for his love and sacrifice, so that I could enjoy my family in this life, and the life to come and that I could live with him again. After church we head to the LeBaron's for lunch, egg dyeing and a hunt. Later that day we headed to my Grandma's house for dinner and another hunt. Chloe was all over the hunt and got a ton of eggs. Avery got super excited, but as soon as she picked up her first egg, she plopped down on the ground to open it and eat the candy, then she'd head out for another one.
Easter Dresses
Every year since Chloe was born, I have aspired to make Easter dresses and have never gotten around to it, until this year! I even had them done 2 weeks early! I love my little girlies and love that they let me dress them up :)
Ivins Easter Egg Hunt 2012
Adult Easter egg hunt, Hunger Games style
We our loving out new little town of Ivins and all of the fun traditions they have here. It's such a friendly place to live! We hustled out the door at 5min to 9am (when the hunt started) and sped over to Unity Park. Ronnie dropped Chloe and I off in the parking lot and we hustled to the baseball field, and made it right when the count down started! Ivins is SERIOUS about their Easter egg hunts! We filled Chloe's basked as much as we could and then the city princesses made up for the rest, including a basket for Avery. Next, they had the adult Easter egg hunt and if I thought the kid's hunt was serious, it was nothing compared to the adult's! Everyone circled around the eggs, Hunger Games style and squatted down like runners waiting for the gun. Once it started, you could tell the seasoned hunters from the novices, such as myself, because they had a strategy! They ran right in the middle and plopped on the ground, covering as many eggs with their bodies as they could, then grabbed them out from under them and stuffed their baskets. It think I got like, 6 eggs, total, but it was still a blast :)
