- When we give her medicine, suck out her nose, or change an ouchy diaper she'll cry and start saying "all done, all done" over and over
- She LOVES Ronnie's airplanes and whenever she sees one or hears the word plane she starts making her own plane noises that sound something like "kuuuue"! Recently Ronnie hung a plane from the ceiling in his office and she'll often start running toward his room making the plane noises. She also flies her toys or uses her hand as an airplane.
- She says "Amen" instead of "the end" when we finish a book.
- She folds her arms for prayer as soon as we put her in the high chair and she says "AAAAAAAAAmen" at the end of prayer.
- If you ask her if she's poopy and she is, she'll say "stinky".
- If she can't find her binky (which these days is all the time, since she can only have it when she sleeps), she'll walk around the house saying "biiiinky!" like she's calling a dog or something.
Words Chloe can say:
- Mom, Mommy, Mama
- Dad, Daddy
- Stinky
- Binky
- All done
- Keys
- Si (shoes)
- Cookie
- No
- Doggie
- Nana
- Papa
- Mimi (Meg)
- Lello (is supposed to be jello, but she calls her bottle that)
- Bewey (belly, when we ask her where her belly is, she'll lift up her shirt and pointing say "Bewey")
- Pretty
- Baby (she LOVES babies)
- Nigh Nigh (when she goes to sleep)
- Bye Bye (said in a very airy voice while waiving bye)
- Hello (whenever she sees, hears, or talks on the phone, she even enunciates the L sounds)
- Hi
- Dink (drink)
- Num Num
- Please and more (in sign language)
Okay, so I may be totally bragging, but I think she deserves to be bragged about! She's only 14 months old and she blows us away every day with the new things she learns! Ronnie already has to watch what he says because she tries to copy him all the time. Today we were in the car and he said "Doe" like the Homer Simpson "Doe" and she totally did it! Later he said "Woo Hoo" and then we heard a little voice say "wooooo". Tonight we taught her eskimo and butterfly kisses. She didn't quite get the hang of how to give them, but she would stop, close her eyes and lean her head forward so we could give them to her. Sigh. She melts our hearts every day, multiple times a day. We love being parents :)
