Bath time for my cuties! We don't do a lot of baths in our house right now, because it's hard for Ronnie and me to bend over, but I think it's safe to say that he likes it! Actually, there isn't much Max doesn't like, besides being hungry, tired or poopy :) He's our happy little dude! This is about 3 months old :)

Max is 3 Months Old!
Holy cow! Timing is flying past us! Our sweet little Max is now 3 and 1/2 months old!!! I missed posting about his 2 month birthday, but I did take pictures that I will add later! For now, enjoy his 3 month cuteness!!! Here's a little about our Max-a-roo!
- He LOVES standing up and has for about a month now.
- He is the smiliest baby ever! Just start talking to him and he will smile!
- He's also been laughing for about a month now and it is the cutest thing ever!
- He loves snuggly soft blankies. When he starts to get tired inbetween feedings, he'll start to call out and all I have to do it tuck a blankie around his face and he'll nuzzle in to it and fall asleep. It's darling.
- He squeezes his hands so tightly that he has turned my fingers purple.
- He loves bold patterns and colors. I can stick him in front our shower curtain and he'll sit and stare contentedly.
- Still nursing like a champ. He eats every 3-5 hours.
- He weighted 12 lbs at his 2 month appt.
- In size 2 diapers.
- Wears 3-6 month clothing, still fits in some 0-3.
- Has been sleeping around 7 (heavenly) hours a night for about a month now.
- Loves being outside.
- Can only do tummy time on my belly because he rolls right over if left on the ground
- He has been working on getting his two front teeth for a couple weeks now. He is a slobber machine and you can see the little buds.
- Gets sad if he's not in on whatever is going on. Loves being with people, even if he's not being held.
- Does not like to be cradled unless he's eating. He likes to be up and seeing what's going on.
- Already had his first "haircut" on his blessing day, at 2 months.

Me and my Mama
In May my super sweet friends Steph and Trit threw a baby shower for me and Max at our house! I volunteered to do the decorating and such (Because it's something I really enjoy) and they did the rest (with help from my awesome family for food). It was a blast and we were so blessed by friends and family who were so generous in showering our little man. He is SET with a killer wardrobe and diapers galore! Special thanks to my Mama for spending the night with us and taking me out to dinner while Ronnie was off in the wilderness camping with the scouts!

Happy 1 Month Max!
Our sweet boy is already 1 month old! He is such a sweetheart and an easy going guy so far! He LOVES eating and generally just likes to suck, so he's also great at taking a binky and has used a bottle twice. Nursing is going really well this time around, especially since he is such a fast eater. He's usually done withing 15 minutes! Here are a few things about Max:
- Generally sleeps 3 hours inbetween feedings (even at night), but has given me a few 6 heavenly hour stretches at night.
- He's a pooping machine and almost always poops within minutes of a diaper change, even if it was a poopy one.
- He lost his umbilical chord at 4 days old and has the cutest little belly button
- He rolled over from his belly to his back at one week and will almost always do it when put on his belly.
- He gave us his first real smiles last night! I was talking and cooing to him and he was watching me and giving me HUGE smiles! It was the cutest ever! He has been the earliest to smile out of all of our kids.
- He's been in size one diapers for about two weeks! I'm hoping he will be a chunker!
- He still fits in most newborn clothes, but also fills out 0-3 month clothing.
- He is still a huge mover (just like he was in the womb) and will lay on the floor and pump his legs and arms and arch his back to look all over the place.
- He's always grabbing and scratching his face, so he usually has socks on his hands.
- So far his eyes are looking blue, especially when he has other blue around him. We shall see!
- He is a huge Mama's boy and will usually calm down when he hears my voice or I pick him up. He loves snuggling and having his face next to mine.
- He loves taking showers with Daddy and having the water run over him.
- He is fascinate by the fan and loves laying under it and watching it.
- He is one sweaty boy! He gets really sweaty when he sleeps and does better with the fan on to cool him off. We bathe him every day, but he only keeps that "newborn smell" for a few hours before he smells like a sweaty little boy!

Sand Hallow
A few months ago (April, or May) we decided to head to Sand Hallow Reservoir for a day of fun in the sand! We packed a lunch and a treats, and brought our sand castle kit and had a blast! The girls loved making an epic sand castle with Ronnie and digging in the sand. The water was pretty chilly and it started to get windy, so we only last a couple hours, but the girls still haven't stopped talking about it! Maybe when the swimmer's itch goes away, we'll make our way back :)
